Vivek is also on the board of directors of makemytrip.com, a NASDAQ listed India’s leading online travel company.
Vivek holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Sydenham College, University of Bombay.

In the capacity of an executive director, he has been involved with practically all areas of the business including Maintenance, Operations, Business Development and Support Services. Raghu is an active member of the Aeronautical Society of India. He also possesses a valid airline transport pilots license and has over 3,000 hours of flying time on various aircraft. Raghu holds a bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Mumbai.
Ravi is the Executive Director, overseeing the company's business and general aviation division. He operates out of the company's engineering headquarters in Mumbai.
Ravi has been associated with Air Works for over 35 years and managed the company's affairs through its developing stages. As a fellow of the Aeronautical Society of India, Ravi is actively involved in the Indian aviation industry. He is also an active member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) civil aviation committee. Ravi is a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and holds a private pilots license.
Sahadev Menon

Sahadev (Sahu) is the Accountable Manager CAR 145 of Air Works. He operates out of the company's engineering headquarters in Mumbai.
Sahu has been associated with the company for over 33 years. He is a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer holding endorsements on several aircraft under the maintenance of Air Works. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mumbai. Sahu also holds a private pilots license.
P. K. Ratta is the Director and Accountable Manager for the company’s Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO) division located at Mumbai.
Prior to joining Air Works he worked with Indian Airlines, Malaysian Airlines System at Kuala Lumpur, Jet Airways, Damania Airways, Raymond (Aviation Division), and Indamer Company Private Limited. He has served in senior management positions in these organizations and has over 44 years of experience in the aviation industry. He is an aircraft maintenance engineer by profession and holds aircraft maintenance engineer’s license on various aircraft and its engine including Caravelle, HS748, Boeing737, A300 and A320 aircraft.
Krishnan is the Director of Engineering at the company's airline MRO facility located at Hosur, near Bengaluru.
Prior to joining Air Works, Krishnan worked with Blue Dart Aviation, a DHL owned express cargo airline. He spent 11 years with Blue Dart Aviation in various management positions and was responsible for heavy maintenance. Krishnan is a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer with over 30 years of experience and endorsements ranging from vintage DC-3 to modern Boeing and Airbus aircraft. He also has a current A&P license issued by FAA and is specialized in aircraft structural repairs and ageing fleet maintenance. Krishnan holds an M.Sc. degree in air transport management.
