Michael P. Schulhof

Michael P. Schulhof, CEO and General Partner, started GTI in 1996. Mr. Schulhof was previously President and CEO of Sony America and Sony Media and Entertainment from 1993 to 1995.
Mr. Schulhof joined Sony in 1968 and rose to senior management in 1979. In 1989, he was named to Sony's Board of Directors, becoming the first American on the Board of a major Japanese corporation. He is credited with transforming Sony's US operations into a global entertainment company. During his 25 years at Sony, Mr. Schulhof had responsibility for: (i) Sony Electronics; (ii) Sony Software Corporation including Columbia/Tristar Pictures, Inc., CBS Records, as well as the electronic publishing, and signatures divisions; and (iii) Sony Retail Entertainment including theatres and location-based entertainment centers across the United States.
Mr. Schulhof serves on the boards of several companies and charitable organizations including ColdWatt, J2Com, the Brookings Institution, the Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia Unversity, the American Hospital of Paris Foundation, and New York University Medical Center. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
A native of New York, Mr. Schulhof is a solid-state physicist with 27 published papers and one patent to his credit. He received a B.A. from Grinnell College, a M.A. from Cornell University, a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, and the Chevalier de la Legion D'Honneur by the French Republic.
Charles Fabrikant
Chairman of the Board, President & Chief Executive Officer, Director, SEACOR
Mr. Fabrikant has been Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, and has been a director of SEACOR and several of its subsidiaries since 1989.
Mr. Fabrikant is also a Director of Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc., a contract oil and gas driller. He is also President of Fabrikant International Corporation, a privately owned corporation engaged in marine investments. Fabrikant International Corporation may be deemed an affiliate of SEACOR
Luv Chhabra
Director - Corporate Affairs, Punj Loyd Ltd., India
Luv Chhabra, an engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, joined Punj Lloyd in 2000 with his rich experience of around three decades in the oil & gas and construction sectors.
Luv started his career with Bharat Petroleum, moving to join Bharat Shell in 1996 as Deputy Managing Director. In Bharat Shell, he played a key role in major projects, besides being responsible for the Finance and Accounts for the company and operations of the lubricants blending plant.
In 1997, Luv joined Petronet India Ltd as Managing Director where he was responsible for setting it up as a financial holding company for joint ventures that constructed and operated liquid hydrocarbon pipelines on the principle of common carrier. Before joining Punj Lloyd, Luv was the Managing Director of KEC International Ltd, a global leader in turnkey design, engineering and construction of high voltage transmission system, where he supervised the company's projects in over 10 countries in the Middle East, South East Asia, Indian subcontinent and African region. In Punj Lloyd, Luv is a Director on the Board, handling Corporate Affairs and playing a key role in furthering the Company's strategy. Luv's vast experience stands the Company in good stead while closing financing arrangements and strategic ventures.
When not at work, Luv enjoys golf. He is also an avid reader.
Sahadev Menon
Director of Engineering
Sahadev (Sahu) overlooks the Engineering activities of Air Works. He operates out of the Company's Engineering Headquarters in Mumbai.
Sahu has been associated with the Company for over 33 years. He is a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer holding endorsements on several aircraft under the maintenance of Air Works.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Mumbai. Sahu also possesses a Private Pilots License.
Ravi S Menon
Director & Group Head - Business Development, Air Works
Ravi serves as Director and Group Head - Business Development, overseeing all the Company's business development initiatives. He operates out of the Company's Engineering Headquarters in Mumbai.
Ravi has been associated with Air Works for over 35 years and managed the Company's affairs through its developing stages.
As a Fellow of the Aeronautical Society of India, Ravi is actively involved in the Indian Aviation Industry.
He is also an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industries (National Chapter on Civil Aviation).
Ravi is a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and possesses a Private Pilots License.
Raghu G Menon
Executive Director, Air Works
Raghu serves as the Executive Director at Air Works. He operates out of the Company's Engineering Headquarters in Mumbai.
Raghu has been associated with Air Works for over 30 years. In the capacity of a Director, he has been involved with practically all areas of the business including Maintenance, Operations, Business Development and Support Services.
Raghu is an active member of the Aeronautical Society of India. He also possesses a valid Airline Transport Pilots License and has over 3,000 hours of flying time on various aircraft.
Raghu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Mumbai.
