- Access to on site CAR 21 certified manufacturing(TAAL) available including metallic and composite aircraft and components, sheet metal forming, heat treatment, machining and plating processes.
- Customer Lounge with internet access.
- Aircraft repainting facility - JV signed with 'AIR LIVERY Plc' of UK.
- Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) Part-145 approved by EASA to carry out airframe maintenance for:
- ATR 42-500/ 72-212A and Boeing 737 – 300/400/500/700/800/900/900ER aircraft
- C5 Battery shop approval for ATR 42/72, B 737 Classic/NG, A 320 series aircraft
- C20 Structural shop approval for B 737 NG series aircraft.
- Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) CAR-145 approved by DGCA to carry out airframe maintenance for:
- ATR 42-500/72-212A and Boeing 737 - 600/700/800/900/900ER aircraft
- C5 Battery shop approval for A 320, B 737 Classic/NG and ATR 42/72 series aircraft

- Fuel tank leak detection and repair capability
- Pressure testing facility for hydraulic components
- Propeller balancing facility
Engine Care Solutions to be provided under Engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
- Current capability includes engine QEC dressing undressing and boroscopic inspection
- Full engine overhaul capability and module replacements in future to provide "total engine care" solutions to clients
- Future capability to repair engine parts such as rotors, stators, combustors and engine casings which otherwise have to be replaced with expensive new parts providing substantial cost savings to airlines
- Proposed AW Engine MRO services would initially cater to - IAE V2500 series, CFM 56 series, PW 120 and 127 engines and expected to be up and running by second quarter 2011
